The five languages on the RMB are Chinese, Mongolian, Tibetan, Uygur and Zhuang.

1, Chinese characters

There are two groups of Chinese characters: uppercase and lowercase. The lowercase is "1234567891 million" and the uppercase is "12345678900 million".

The word "Erlu" in capital figures is a simplified word, and the corresponding traditional Chinese character is "Erlu". The characters "Guo" and "Yin" on the RMB of China People's Bank are simplified characters, and the traditional characters corresponding to the simplified characters are "Guo" and "Yin".

There is also the Chinese Pinyin of auxiliary Chinese characters on RMB, which is used in two places on the back, namely "China People's Bank 100" and "zhongguorenminyinhang100", and the other place is "Yuan".

2. Mongolian

The pronunciation, spelling rules and lines of letters are similar to those of Uighur, which is called Uighur Mongolian. Mongolian has 29 letters, of which 5 are vowels and 24 are consonants. The writing method of Mongolian initials has certain changes in the beginning, middle and end of words, which is more convenient for continuous writing. Mongolian is basically spelling words.

3. Tibetan

Tibetan is phonography with 34 letters, including 4 vowels and 30 consonants. Tibetan is arranged horizontally from left to right. Words are not written separately, and the points after syllables indicate syllable boundaries.

4. Wei Wen

Uighur, written horizontally from right to left. Nowadays, Uyghur has 32 letters, including 8 vowels and 24 consonants. In order to facilitate continuous writing, letters are written in different ways when they are used alone or appear at the beginning, middle and end of a word.

5. Zhuang language

The original Chinese character of Zhuang nationality is a kind of Chinese character borrowed or imitated. There are many variants, which are written differently in different places, and the number of people who master them is limited, so they have not become official scripts.
