How to shoot in slow motion with FS5

Sony PXW-FS5 digital camera can choose the frame rate of100,200,400,800 fps when there is no external video recorder [50i]: 1080p. The higher the truth rate, the slower the recordable action, but the higher the frame rate, which will inevitably affect the lower limit of fast or opening angle, resulting in a reduction in single frame exposure. If it runs out, based on my experience in using FS5, I suggest that the upgrade shooting should not be higher than 200, and the later quality is acceptable.
