Is the metering point and focus point the same in SLR?
Photometry is to measure the brightness of light when taking pictures, so as to provide the correct exposure for the camera (reflected in a combination of a group of apertures and shutters).
Only high-end cameras with point-to-point measurement linkage can measure light and focus, which can achieve the same point, focus and measure light. In other cases, the metering point is located in the center of the camera by default, which can be confirmed in the point measurement. As for global photometry, it is basically to refer to the light source distribution of all pictures based on the central point and evenly distribute photometry.
Tip: The photometric point below 5D3 and the focus of the fuselage may not be the same point. When you measure the subject, you can't see the subject clearly because the focus is somewhere else. Choose the center to retranslate the focus test composition, but it is easy to lose focus. In this case, please lock the exposure after metering and focusing.
