First, production logistics

For the logistics within the manufacturing workshop or between workshops, we call it production logistics. The research and analysis of production logistics is the most important in equipment layout. By analyzing the logistics volume between equipment in the workshop, the equipment layout can be rationalized. Because each workshop has its own characteristics in product structure, production mode, equipment conditions, production scale and specialization, these characteristics directly affect the organization mode of enterprise production process. Process design should take quality and cost as reference factors. If the adopted technology can ensure the quality and the cost is high, or the technology is modern and the enterprise benefit is not high, this technology is not desirable. On the other hand, if the cost is low and the quality is not guaranteed, it is not a suitable choice.

Fourth, part design.

The main content of part design includes deciding which part to produce and the detailed design information of each part. In the process of part design, it is very important for the equipment planner to determine the flexibility of the processing technology of the parts to be produced by the company. When designing parts with cad software, the part drawings of products need complete manufacturing technical conditions such as views, dimensions, materials and tolerances. Because one of the changes will force the change of this processing technology, and the change of processing technology will affect the layout of all other processes. In equipment layout, it is required to increase the flexibility of layout as much as possible.
