Personal profile of Yu Jie

Yu Jie 1970 was born in Beijing, and 1993 graduated from northwest university of politics and law with a major in law. During my college years, I began to practice photography with the encouragement of Zhang Chu, who was later known as one of the "Three Heroes of Fantasy Rock". I once took the first portrait of a serious person based on him. He studied under the famous poet Yan Li and participated in the photography work of the "frontline" contemporary poetry branch founded by Yan Li. Under the enlightenment of Yan Li, he began to explore art. 65438-0994 started freelance photography, participated in the shooting of stills of the TV series "Red velvet flower", and participated in the shooting of a large number of film and television publicity pictures. 1997 joined the visual creation of the famous English publication Beijing Scenes as the chief photographer. 1998 was recommended by Gu Changwei. 1999 studied photography at SCAD (savannah college of art and design) in the United States.

In 2000, he worked as a photographer in the editorial department of Time out New York, an entertainment weekly in new york, USA. He got his master's degree in 2002 and returned to China in the same year to engage in freelance photography. On the recommendation of photographer Yang Shu, he filmed a plane propaganda film of Chen Yun and Promise. In 2005, with the recommendation of executive producer ADA SHEN, he shot all interior propaganda films for the film Gorgeous Veil. In the same year, we joined hands with alumni Thai photographer Termist to shoot photography projects for fashion magazines and cultural media enterprises.

April 20 12, officially became the cooperative photographer of Getty Image Pictures in China.
