The photographer fainted.

Debbie and her friend Angela are watching the recording of the TV quiz show in the TV studio.

"Five minutes," the director shouted. "Is everyone ready?"

"It's a good thing I'm not a contestant," Debbie whispered. "I will feel very nervous."

"Oh, I want to be a contestant," said Angela.

Three contestants sat at the table on the stage and waited. The spotlight shone on them.

Suddenly, one of them stood up and fell forward on the table.

"Oh, she fainted!" Debbie shouted. A photographer helped the fainted woman off the stage.

The director hurried down from the control room. "Before the performance begins, we need another player," he shouted. "Who wants to be on TV?"

Angela immediately raised her hand. The director invited her to the stage at once. A makeup artist quickly powdered her and combed her hair.

"Ten seconds," the director shouted. "Everybody smile." The audience began to applaud.

A voice sounded, "Welcome the host, Lester Li!" "Lestley ran onto the stage. The quiz show began.

Although anella was not prepared, her performance was excellent. She answered the question easily and soon surpassed the other two contestants.

After 25 minutes, Angela got the highest score. She only needs to answer six more questions to win the grand prize.

Angela was calm and relaxed, while Debbie was so excited that she could hardly sit still. Angela continued to answer the questions correctly. There is only one question left.

"Last question, where is the Forbidden City?" Lester asked.

"In Beijing." Angela replied.

"Correct!" Lester shouted and the audience began to applaud. "You won the grand prize tonight-a beautiful trip for two in Paris!"
