You can use PR production, detailed steps:

1. Create a vertical screen sequence, and then click → File → New → Sequence.

2. Click Edit Mode in Settings → Select Initial Customization.

3. Set the frame size level as shown below, and then click New.

5. Select a color, such as green, and then click OK.

6. Pull the color mask into the timeline and pull the video into the upper layer of the mask.
