Adventurer level has opened up three levels of A/B/C, with A as the highest level.

Learning skills needs to consume a certain number of adventure skill points (gained by raising the risk level) and Zeny (gained by moving bricks).

Pre-skill points and ZENY are limited, so I suggest you give priority to learning the skills you need most ~
