Following the successful MTV filming of the Mandarin and Cantonese versions of "The First Snow in 2002" sung by Daolang and Alan Tam, at the suggestion of Song Ke, general manager of Taihe Wheatfield, its sequel "Impulse" The MTV of "The Punishment" was also officially filmed in Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong. Daolang was in Hong Kong to film the "Punishment of Impulse" MTV, which was arranged by Hong Kong Universal Music Company. In order to support Daolang in making the MTV "Punishment of Impulse" a masterpiece, Universal Music did not hesitate to use high-end props, such as helicopters and simulated tank models, for filming. At the same time, first-class directors, photography, pyrotechnics, and costumes were invited to "armed swordsmen."

Two stage designers from Hong Kong were very innovative in scene design during the MTV filming of "Impulse Punishment". A scene of war ruins was created for Daolang to shoot. The scene was full of illusory and ethereal atmosphere to set off a man's inner impulse and struggle.
