What organization is China Contemporary Photographers Association?

The highest authority of this association is the member congress. During the first meeting of the members' congress, the Council is the highest authority, and the presidium between sessions of the Council is the highest authority. The presidium shall have one secretary-general and five deputy secretaries-general to handle daily affairs. China Contemporary Photographers Association will hold regular national member congresses in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, which will be convened by the Council. It is necessary for the board of directors and the presidium to hold working meetings from time to time. The meeting of the board of directors shall be convened by the presidium, which shall be convened by the resident vice-chairman authorized by the chairman. The board of directors is elected by the members' congress, and each group member unit recommends a resident responsible person as a candidate for the board of directors, and the remaining directors are elected from individual members. If there is any change in the directors representing the group members on the board of directors, the original unit shall recommend the replacement and report it to the presidium for confirmation. The Association may have 2 honorary chairmen, several consultants, directors and executive directors. Chinese and foreign photographers who have made great contributions to photography can serve as honorary chairmen and consultants. The honorary chairman is recommended by the presidium, and the consultant is hired by the presidium. Honorary chairman and consultant do not concurrently serve as directors and executive directors.
