My cabin is a little bigger than yours. For such a small shed, any domestic 300w flash is enough as the main light. Although I usually use a 600W flash, I have also used a 300W flash. Plus a 90cm octagonal soft box, it is no problem to shoot a full-length portrait lamp. God Bull, Golden Cup and Golden Eagle are all cheap and easy to use. However, the problem with this shed is that the full-length portrait always uses wide-angle ends, and the portrait deformation will be more obvious.
Shooting parameters: camera: shutter speed1125 second aperture: 7.1-kloc-0/1commonly used for 8 ISO: 100 photo format: RAW color space: sRGB without post-processing, AdobeRGB with post-processing.
You can go to my website to see the films shot with this parameter, many of which are shot with 300W light.
