What's the difference between annual salary and monthly salary?

What I want to share with you today is mainly about the importance of career planning to a person. Of course, there are many people here who are better than Bian Xiao. If you think it makes sense, Bian Xiao is very pleased. If you think Bian Xiao is making it up, you can ignore it. The following is Bian Xiao's personal experience sharing.

First, Bian Xiao blew himself up. 20 14 graduated from an ordinary undergraduate university in Guangdong, and his major has nothing to do with the internet industry now. Now I am an operation manager in the Internet department of a well-known domestic mobile phone manufacturer, with a monthly salary of 18K in Shenzhen before tax. Three years after graduation, this salary is not high in Shenzhen, but it is quite good among peers.

When I first graduated, I didn't want to engage in this major (because I thought this major was a very traditional science and engineering industry (food), and it was really difficult to get ahead), but I couldn't figure out what to do.

So I chose the city first, which is the vibrant Shenzhen. The reason is simple: I like it. I choose a city before choosing an industry. Why? Because there are only a few pillar industries in a city, my idea is that it is best to be a pillar industry in a city, so there are more opportunities for development. Therefore, I chose the Internet from several pillar industries (Internet, finance, trade and cultural industries) in Shenzhen. The reason is very simple. First, the Internet will gradually become the most basic thing, just like a computer cannot live without a system. Second, the Internet is unlikely to decline in the next 10 and 20 years. In the future, many industries or new industries will be derived from the Internet, so this is a thriving industry. Third, of course, the average wage in this industry is high, the possibility of starting a business is great, and there is great room for personal development. After choosing a good industry, you must choose a good position. My idea is simple. To be an industry, you must be its core position. As far as the Internet is concerned, there are three core locations. I certainly can't do it. I can try products and operations. After all, these two positions are not particularly demanding on professional background.

Next is the resume interview. In the last article, I specially introduced a small series about resume making. Interested friends can go out and turn left, so I found many internet companies to submit resumes, big and small. As a result, I'm sure everyone guessed that there was no news from big companies, and small companies occasionally interviewed you, but few people took you to start a business from scratch for the simple reason. Big companies are not interested in education. Professional requirements are very high. First, I am not a famous school. Second, I'm not a professional. Third, I haven't thought about Internet internship experience. Most small companies let you do sales. It is too expensive for them to train a fresh graduate who knows nothing. To be honest, that time was really difficult for me, confused, unconfident and psychologically struggling. Finally, I made up my mind to enter the industry first anyway and then look for opportunities in the industry.

So I found a small and medium-sized company that I thought was most suitable for me to sell. This company is Party B's company, which helps Party A to promote overseas Internet advertising. At this point, I got down to business. At that time, the salary was 2 100 basic salary plus commission, and after deducting one month's five insurances and one gold, it was 1876 basic salary. This is my first month's salary, and then I'm afraid to sell this position. That's telemarketing, calling customers every day to find out if they need to do overseas internet advertising promotion. I think there is only one way for a newcomer to make achievements: diligence, so my daily telephone volume is the first in the department. A few months have passed, although my performance is not the best, after all, I have to accumulate sales, but my boss attaches great importance to me and thinks I am very serious. During that time, the company happened to be acquired by a group. There are some operating positions, so I sincerely ask my boss to express my thoughts. My boss is also excellent, which helped me win this opportunity within the company, so he is the first noble in my career, and his salary has doubled to more than 6K. Later, he left the company after working in the company for a year and a half, and felt that there was really nothing to learn.

Of course, I'm not naked resignation. I am also an Internet advertising promotion company of Party B, which is well-known in China, so I think I can be a springboard. Why is it called springboard? Because my career goal is to do business, but to be honest, it is difficult for you to do real business in Party B's company. First, Party B's company is more likely to be driven by Party A's will, that is, doing what Party A does is more about execution than decision-making; Second, Party B's understanding of the whole project is more horizontal than vertical, so it is difficult for you to get through the whole chain from front-end products and operations to back-end technology, so the second company is a springboard for me. On the one hand, I can learn more knowledge about channel promotion, on the other hand, I can prepare for my next job-hopping to Party A's big company, and my salary will be 10k. After working in the second company for more than a year, I felt that I had encountered another bottleneck, so I decided to jump ship. Similarly, it is not naked resignation. This time, I finally jumped to the big company of Party A that I hope to do real operation. Why do I hope? First, the project I am doing now is a brand-new project, which has a lot of room for development. Second, I can get in touch with everything from front-end product operation to back-end technology, which helps me to have a deep understanding of the whole Internet. Third, the team members have a good relationship, and everyone has the same goal. I can learn a lot from them.

Finally, summarize yourself. In my three-year career, two job-hopping may have some luck, but I think your sense of purpose is as important as your future planning. My choice order: city, industry, position, just work hard, work harder than people around me, express my thoughts more in the meeting and do my best. Invisible, you will be better than others.
