Hikvision webcam infrared light doesn't work at night. . .

Infrared light is green. . . I have never seen it before.

You can do the following tests.

During the day, cover the camera and listen carefully to see if there will be a click inside. If so, this is to turn on infrared lamp's relay.

If not, it may be broken in this respect.

(Ignored when poe is powered on) as follows

Is the power supply of the camera far from it? 12V shall not exceed 30m, and 24V shall not exceed10m.

Is the power supply DC 12V 2A or higher, or AC(DC)24V 3A or higher? If it does not meet the requirements, please replace the power supply.

Does the power supply power multiple cameras? If yes, please supply power and test separately.

If none of the above is true, infrared lamp may be broken.
