How to draw good heads and animals by sketching?
I am an art student. After studying sketching for about three years, it's a bit interesting to draw anything now. Let me tell you something from my own practical experience. I don't know how good your sketch skills are. Learning sketch begins with the basics. If you want to draw complicated things from the beginning, such as your puppy, you must look like nothing. Let's start with pots and pans. I won't say much about the basic skills. You also have a teacher. When you can master the reasonable proportion and shadow expression, it is time to pay attention to the details. Animal hair is difficult to handle. If the painting is not good, it will become a paper-cut painting. Moreover, animals are alive and will not stand still, which is even more difficult. It takes a long time to be confident. Personally, I suggest that there is a mop at home, put it upside down, let its hair spread out and show it from multiple angles. When you do this well, you will know how something as soft as hair should behave.
Finally, painting is an art that relies on experience and proficiency, but others can't help, and everyone's aesthetics and expression angles are also very different. Pure realistic sketch is the foundation. Fix the mop first, hehe.
Let's talk about this first. If you know nothing, keep asking me.
