Second, the requirements and detailed rules for soliciting papers

1. Call for papers: from now until May 20th, 20 15 (subject to the postmark of the work).

2. Photographers and photographers at home and abroad can contribute to the competition. The style of the entries is not limited, and black and white color photos can be used; Submission only accepts paper photos; The specification of the work is 10 inch (25.4 cm long). Each category can submit up to 5 works; One photo is counted as one, and each group is limited to 4-6 photos. Please stick the scotch tape on the back of the work in the order of arrangement. The title and text description of the group photo work are printed on the same size paper in order and placed on the first page of the group photo work. ) All entries are not allowed to be mounted. The author's name shall not be marked on the front of the work.

3. Do not accept the winning works of previous photography competitions sponsored by China Art Photographers Association and the photography competitions participated in;

4. The entry form must be pasted on the back of each entry (the entry form is attached). If there is no entry form or the entry form is not filled in as required, the organizer has the right to cancel its qualification. Please determine and fill in the category of the work by yourself, and the organizer and the jury will not make any changes.

5. The winning works are all used in newspapers, magazines, CDs and picture books, with no extra remuneration;

6. There is no registration fee and no rejection for this contest; After the contest, the winning works of the 20 15 17 National Art Photography Competition will be published, and the editing fee will not be charged. The winners will voluntarily order at preferential prices. Postcards of winning works issued by the State Post Bureau;

7. Winners can apply to join the China Art Photographers Association first.

8. SMS or email notification after winning the prize: It will be published on China Photography Network, Viewer China Photography Network, Photography Guide, etc. The winning works shall be provided with electronic documents in time for image recognition as required, and the album "Winning Works of 17 National Art Photography Competition 20 15" shall be edited and published. Those who fail to provide it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically;

9. The works of the judges and the works of the employees of the organizers and co-organizers shall not participate in the selection;

10. All the contestants who submit their works are deemed to agree with all the provisions of this notice. Any work that does not meet the requirements of the competition will be disqualified once it is found. Legal issues such as copyright, portrait right and reputation right of the entries shall be solved by the author himself and bear the responsibility.

For the photography organizations and individuals who organized more than 20 photographers to participate in the photography contest and collected more than 100 outstanding award-winning works, and actively organized the award-winning photographers to participate in the award-winning creation year, they were awarded the title of "17 National Art Photography Competition Excellent Organization Award" and awarded honorary certificates and medals;

● All award-winning authors will be invited to participate in the "20 15 Creation Award Annual Meeting of China Art Photographers Association". ● Interpretation of the category of works

1, comprehensive photography award: all categories of selected entries.

2. Artistic photography: Photographic works with strong ideological, artistic and aesthetic values are created through artistic conception and skills, highlighting specific moments, subjective feelings and aesthetic tastes in life, and have various artistic elements. Including computer creativity or traditional darkroom creative works.

3. Documentary photography: news and documentary works focusing on social and natural life through documentary photography. Real records are required, original drawings are not allowed to be modified, and synthetic works are refused to participate in the competition. In addition to the title, each (group) work can be accompanied by a short text description according to the situation.

4. Scenery photography: all kinds of photography with the theme of natural ecology, tourism and human landscape mainly show the magic and beauty of nature.

5. Portrait photography: Portrait photography works with figures in social life and folk customs and portraits in photo studios as themes, which express people's body, expression, temperament and appearance and are aesthetic.

6. Industrial architecture photography: photographic works with the theme of industrial production scenes and architectural styles at all times and all over the world.

7. Flower and animal photography: The photography works are mainly about flowers, animals, still life, macro and sketch.

Fourth, awards

After the essay, all the entries collected will be concentrated in the organizing committee of China Art Photographers Association 17 National Art Photography Competition, and experts and scholars will be hired by the association for selection. The selection of works is based on the principle of fairness, justice and openness, and does not favor famous artists or newcomers.
