In conjunction with the inspection detachment of oilfield materials in the city and the inspection team in the oil region north of the Yellow River, they went deep into towns, key traffic points and key areas for joint publicity to raise people's awareness of abiding by the law and establish the concept of "jointly building oilfields and developing together". More than 20 propaganda vehicles and more than 80 people were dispatched, and more than 3,000 publicity materials were distributed, creating a good public opinion atmosphere. (5) Performing social responsibility due diligence. This year, we will continue to help Dashan Village implement green industrial base construction and water and road supporting projects, help develop technical guidance for characteristic planting, broaden sales channels and help farmers increase their income. Third, the external environment of petroleum work is constantly changing, and there is no fixed model to follow. The contradiction between oil enterprises' increasing production and local people's interests is increasingly prominent, and the coordination is more difficult. (5) Intensify the publicity of law popularization, and constantly enhance the legal awareness and social responsibility awareness of oil enterprises and local people to protect pipelines. Strengthen the inspection and supervision of oil and gas pipelines, guide and urge relevant units to fulfill their obligations of pipeline protection, properly mediate illegal occupation and illegal construction, and ensure the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines.
