Chapter I General Principles
Article 1 Name: China Folk Photography Association

Article 2 China Folk Photography Association, headed by the Ministry of Culture and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, is a national professional social organization.
Item 3:
Promote national stability and unity, arouse people's self-esteem and pride in local culture, comprehensively inherit the excellent cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, integrate into the trend of world multicultural recording, dissemination and appreciation, enhance human exchanges and understanding, and promote world peace and development.
Article 4 Tasks:
1. Strengthen the theoretical research of folk photography and improve the quality and academic level of folk photography team;
1. Cultivate a team of photographers with professional knowledge of folk customs, and carry out interviews and shooting of folk customs of various ethnic groups in an organized and planned way throughout the country;
3. Collect all kinds of folk photography pictures and actively organize exhibitions and publications;
4. Establish and improve the authoritative China folk picture database;
5. Actively hold international folk photography academic research and cultural exchange activities.
Chapter II Members
Article 5 Group members: photography groups and relevant organizations all over the country, as well as institutions specializing in folk photography and folk research, can become group members of the Association by recognizing their articles of association, participating in academic research and practical activities organized by the Association, paying membership fees according to regulations, assuming obligations, filling in the registration form of group members, and being approved by the Organizing Committee.
Article 6 Individual members: The Association implements the "member registration system". Any photographer, photographer and photographer who is willing to take up the camera and take the responsibility of recording the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation can join the Association as long as they recognize its articles of association.
Article 7 Individuals can apply for membership spontaneously through membership introduction, website or other channels, submit their membership works (pictures or words are acceptable), pay the membership fee in one lump sum, fill in the membership registration form, and issue membership cards with the approval of the organizing committee of the association to become members of the association.
Article 8 Members' rights: the right to vote and be elected, the right to participate in the activities of this Association, the right to supervise, criticize and make suggestions on the work of this Association. Members are free to leave the meeting.
Article 9 Obligations of members: Abide by the articles of association of the Association and take the initiative to assume the responsibility for the purpose.
Article 10 Associations are divided into four levels: members, scholars, masters and scholars. Membership promotion adopts "evaluation system". Any member applying for promotion who meets the standards of friendship, friendship between masters and scholars stipulated in the Regulations on Promoting Friendship, Friendship between Masters and Scholars may be promoted to friendship, friendship between masters and scholars upon examination and approval.
Eleventh people and researchers who cannot continue to engage in folk photography for some reason shall be terminated accordingly upon confirmation.
Article 12 If a member of this Association violates laws and regulations and does not abide by the articles of association of this Association, he may be criticized and educated and suspended from membership depending on the seriousness of the case.
Article 13 When the legitimate rights and interests of members are infringed, we will protect them according to law.
Chapter III Organizational Structure
Article 14 The highest authority of this Association is the National Congress of its members. The National Congress of Members is held every four years.
Article 15 The functions and powers of the National Congress of Members:
1. To formulate and revise the articles of association and decide on major issues of the Association;
4. Listen to and consider the work report of the Association;
13. Election of the Council.
Article 16 When the members' congress is not in session, the Council shall exercise its functions and powers, and the Council shall be convened every two years. Its duties are: to implement the resolutions of the members' congress; Elect the Standing Council.
Article 17 The Standing Council is the permanent leading body of the Council when it is not in session, and it meets once a year. Its duties are: to decide on the increase or decrease of directors; Elect the president and vice president; Discuss and decide on important matters of the association.
Article 18 When the Standing Council is not in session, the joint meeting of presidents shall exercise decision-making power, and major issues shall be notified to the Standing Council. The joint meeting of principals shall be convened by the principals as required, and shall be held irregularly. Its duties are:
1. Appoint members of professional committees;
4. Check and evaluate the realization of the work objectives of directors and executive directors;
13. Decide on the appointment and removal of the executive director and notify the board of directors;
4. Discuss and decide the phased work or special plan of the Association.
Nineteenth the establishment of cadres and members at all levels of performance management (reward) system. The president, vice-president, executive directors and directors, as well as the heads of professional committees and departments of the Association, shall state their performance of their duties in writing every year, announce them to the members of the whole country and accept their comments.
Article 20 The Secretary-General, professional committees and office heads of the Association shall be appointed by the President and notified to the Standing Council; The association shall set up corresponding offices and branches according to the needs, and report to the competent business department and the registration authority for the record.
Article 21 The Association consists of organizing committee, academic committee, teaching and training committee, editing and publishing committee, picture collection and promotion committee, folklore research committee, international exchange committee, exhibition department, liaison department, finance department, personnel department and secretariat. The association plans to set up an image work committee and an information committee to strengthen academic and training work, so that members with different needs can get various services. It is established after being registered by the competent business department and approved by the administrative organ.
Chapter IV Economic Expenses
Twenty-second sources of funds of the Association:
1. Social assistance;
Membership dues paid by group members and individual members;
3. Paid service income;
4. Other legitimate business income.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 23 The Articles of Association shall come into force after being adopted by the National Congress of Members.
Article 24 The right to amend the Articles of Association belongs to the National Congress of Members and the right to interpret it belongs to the joint meeting of presidents. The newly revised articles of association shall be adopted by more than half of the representatives of the National Congress of Members, and shall take effect only after being reported to the registration administration department for the record.
Twenty-fifth the termination of the activities of this association shall be effective only after discussion and approval by the National Congress of Members, and shall be reported to the competent business department and the registration authority for cancellation.
