Buddhism (How to distinguish between physical eye, heavenly eye, Dharma eye, wisdom eye and Buddha eye?)
The naked eye
refers to the human eye. The human eye can only see a very narrow section of the universe. We call it the 'visible light band'. The human eye cannot see infrared wavelengths and anything longer than this wavelength, nor can it see ultraviolet wavelengths and everything shorter than this wavelength. Since the naked eye can only see fleeting "light", the things manifested by "light" are regarded as the reality of things, and the existence of all things does not need "light" to prove, so Buddhism says The naked eye is empty but not real, which is the first of the six faculties, the first of the six thieves, and the root of ignorance.
Celestial Eye
Usually we say that only gods or goddesses in the sky have the Celestial Eye. However, according to Buddhist principles, this statement is not completely correct, because we humans can also get the Celestial Eye. , there are two ways we can do it: one is through 'Dhyana', which is a Sanskrit word, usually translated as 'Meditation'. Another method is to add instruments to the naked eye (you must know that the naked eye itself is also an instrument and can even be transplanted today).
Wisdom of Wisdom
When a person reaches the point of view that everything in the universe, including himself, becomes "empty". All human suffering, life and death have disappeared, and attachments are no longer attached. We say that such a person has the eye of wisdom.
Dharma Eye
After a person obtains the Eye of Wisdom, he can not stop lingering in the realm of 'emptiness', but realize that although what he sees in different realms They are all false and unreal illusions, but for that realm, these illusions are real, and this person has obtained the Dharma Eyes.
Buddha Eyes
Buddha Eyes are Buddha, and Buddha is Buddha Eyes. In short, any relative concepts you can mention no longer exist under the eyes of the Buddha. Even emptiness does not exist, because emptiness is Buddha, and Buddha is emptiness.
In the eyes of Buddha:
There is no subject or object, there is no concept of absolute and relative; it is inconceivable and inarguable, everything is Buddha
Infinite Infinity is a concept without space; it is inconceivable and indescribable, everything is Buddha
Transience and instant arrival are concepts without time; it is inconceivable and inconceivable, everything is Buddha
Totality and inclusiveness are concepts without nothingness. It needs to be witnessed by those who are enlightened, and it can be described in non-verbal words.
Extended information
The five eyes refer to the function of examining the beginning and end of things and phenomena from ordinary people to Buddhas. Some people call the eyes the "door of wisdom" and the "window of the soul". The eyes can distinguish objects clearly and increase knowledge. The higher the level of practice, the wider the scope of the mind's eye.
