Why do you shoot TV with a camera? Why is the TV flashing?
This is caused by the different frame rates between them. There are three main broadcasting systems in the world: PAL (Orthogonal Balanced AM Inverting System), NTSC (Orthogonal Balanced AM System) and SECAM (Line Rotating FM System). PAL system is used in China, and both central and local TV stations broadcast in PAL system. Different formats have different frame rates. When shooting with a camera, the frame rate of the camera must be the same as that of the TV, otherwise the picture will flicker, which is caused by the different frame rates. This phenomenon is called "frame synchronization".
Because the programs broadcast by central or provincial TV stations are all in PAL format, if you shoot with a camera, you must adjust the camera format to PAL format, and the frame rates of the two are the same, so there will be no flicker.
