Declaration conditions

Small and micro enterprises established for the first time must meet the identification standards stipulated in the Classification Standard for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [201] No.300). Small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households need to operate normally for more than 1 year and less than 3 years (calculated by the deadline for declaration), and drive more than 3 people (excluding themselves) to pay urban employee pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance (hereinafter referred to as social insurance) for employees according to regulations.
