What is the photographer's initial intention?

Speaking of my "initial heart" in photography, I have to go back to forty years ago. At that time, not ordinary people could own cameras. Anyone with a camera is either a master in a photo studio or rich, but public cameras are another matter. A big reason why I like photography is that there was a state-run photo studio next door to my house in my early years. When I was a child, I hung out with photographers every day and witnessed the rise and fall of this photo studio. After graduating from college, I bought a Phoenix 205 with my first savings. It happened on 1986. My "initial heart" for photography can't be simpler: I like cameras naturally, like taking pictures, and like to leave beautiful moments for my family, friends and colleagues. Until now, it is still the case.
