How to make the close-up clear and the distant view blurred through PS post-production?

Prepare the pictures first, and then copy them.

Select the previous layer and perform Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur.

Then add a mask to this layer, select the layer, and click the red circle to draw there.

Select the gradient tool, click the added mask, and pull out the following effect.
