The difference between the first half and the second half of rafting on the Yulong River in Yangshuo

The half-way rafting route in the upper reaches of the Yulong River: Jinlong Bridge--Yulong Bridge--Guiyi Ancient City (old county)--Xiangui Bridge--Xiatangzhai (tourist parking lot).

The half-way rafting route on the lower reaches of the Yulong River: Chaoyang Pier - Gongnong Bridge (Big Banyan Tree).

The entire Yulong River rafting route: Jinlong Bridge - Yulong Bridge - Guiyi Ancient City (Jiuxian County) - Xiangui Bridge - Chaoyang Wharf - Gongnong Bridge (Big Banyan Tree). The whole journey is about 12 kilometers, which takes 5 or 6 hours in dry season and 3 or 4 hours in wet season.

Upstream: The river water is crystal clear and the water plants are floating. The water surface is as smooth as a mirror, with shadows of mountains and trees everywhere. Occasionally, birds fly by and sing softly. White ducks were playing in the water in groups, and the bamboo rafts were rowing by. They were running through the water, looking very funny. The stretches of green on both sides of the strait, and the mountains are layered on top of each other, with rich ink and light colors. On the river bank, farmers sometimes walked by with their cattle, silently. Along the way, you "move the raft and change the scenery", just like the people in the painting.

Downstream: Most of them are tourist groups. There are bamboo rafts for selling goods and photography, bamboo rafts for people to change clothes in summer, and small restaurants. It is a mess. On the river bank, not far away is a bamboo raft pier. The brown bamboo rafts are scattered like patches of green embankment, and the colorful parasols add to the impetuous feeling. There are also more tourists, and the bamboo rafts are blocking the river. Only the brown bamboo rafts can be seen and the water surface cannot be seen. People on the bamboo raft crowded together to take pictures. Flashing lights, people's voices, hawking sounds, and the sound of the tour guide singing folk songs with a microphone, it was a chaotic mess. Where is the feeling of "beautiful mountains and clear waters"?

Tour groups all drift downstream, and even just take a small circle around the Gongnongqiao area
