2023 Jilin Baishan City Public Institution Recruitment Examination Process

According to the "Interim Measures for Baishan City Open Recruitment of College Graduates Conscripted into the Army", the examination will be conducted by direct interview without written examination, and will be conducted by the Organization Department of Baishan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Baishan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organize.

(1) Preliminary Screening

After the qualification review, if the number of recruitment plans and the number of qualified candidates exceed 1:40, candidates need to take a written test, and the ratio is 1:10 according to the recruitment position plan The candidates for the interview will be determined in order from high score to low score. If multiple people enter the 1:10 ratio, they will be interviewed together. The written test score is only used as a qualification to enter the interview and will not be included in the total score. The specific time and location of the written test will be notified separately.

(2) Interview test

If the number of recruitment plans and the number of qualified candidates do not exceed 1:40, candidates will enter the interview directly. The interview score is the total score of the exam, with a full score of 100 points and a passing mark of 60 points, which will be scored on the spot. The specific time and location of the interview will be notified later.

(3) Score Inquiry

Examination results are announced on the websites of Baishan Municipal People’s Government and Baishan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(4) Inspection

Candidates whose test scores are above the passing line will enter the inspection link, which will be determined in the order of high to low test scores and based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people in the recruitment position. When examining candidates, the competent department of the recruiting unit will examine their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc.

If a candidate gives up during the inspection period, his or her corresponding qualifications will be cancelled, and no replacement will be made. If the qualification for the inspection is canceled due to not meeting the qualifications for the registration or recruitment position or the inspection fails, the candidates who apply for the same position and have a total score above the passing line will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score.
