Observation method of partial solar eclipse
Even if you have glasses to watch the sun, you shouldn't watch the sun for a long time. When watching the partial eclipse of the sun, watch it for ten seconds at a time, rest for three or four minutes, and then continue watching, trying to protect your eyes.
Pinhole projection boxes can also be made. You can use a cardboard box with a length of 1 to 2 meters, with holes of about 10 cm in the center of both ends, and paste the holes at the upper end with tin foil, and then stick a pinhole in the center of the tin foil with a needle; At the other end, paste the small hole with white translucent paper, and then test whether the translucent paper can produce a round image of the sun in the sun. It should be noted that the sun cannot be directly observed with the naked eye through a pinhole.
You can also observe the projection of the sun through a telescope, and watch the total solar eclipse through a telescope, but you can't watch it directly through a telescope, which will lead to blindness in severe cases; Use welding goggles, because welding goggles are also one of the best tools to observe the total solar eclipse; Look at it with a camera, but there must be a filter. Observing the total solar eclipse directly from the viewing frame will also hurt your eyes. 1. Look at it with waste film
Take out the newly bought film and let it be fully exposed. Two or more waste films can be stacked together to watch the sun.
Advantages: relatively simple.
Disadvantages: I am very tired with the film.
Note: there must be more than two pieces, otherwise it is still very dangerous!
2. Look at it with black glass.
Baking a piece of glass black with a candle can be used to watch the sun.
Advantages: None.
Disadvantages: the glass sheet is hard to find, it needs an open flame, and it is still very dangerous if it is not completely baked black.
Note: The black substance appearing on the glass is carbon particles that are not completely burned, and gas and natural gas are fully burned, so this substance is not produced. Don't directly observe the solar eclipse with naked eyes, please wear special solar observation filter.
Don't watch the eclipse by looking at the reflection in the pond. In water, the sunlight is only slightly dim, but it will still do great harm to your eyes.
3. Don't use CD or color negative as a filter. Optical disc and color negative have extremely low dimming rate for infrared part, which will cause permanent damage to eyes.
During the partial solar eclipse, it is very dangerous to observe directly through binoculars, binoculars or even camera viewfinder, so special filters must be used for visual inspection and photography!
Because there is no nerve in the retina, the permanent vision damage caused by improper observation may be discovered after several hours!
6. Even if 99% of the sun is blocked by the moon, direct observation is very dangerous!
7. Sunglasses can't effectively block the band that will hurt your eyes!
8. If the partial solar eclipse is observed by projection, the surface of the projection screen must be rough.
9. If you have a viewfinder, don't forget to add a filter.
