Several methods of shooting good night scenes

Lead: Night view mainly refers to the scenery under outdoor lighting or natural light at night. Flash, firelight and moonlight are the main light sources when shooting. Let's take a look at the method!

Pay attention to the following points when shooting:

Keep the atmosphere at night. The light value at night is relatively low, and the contrast of the scene is relatively large, so the exposure should be properly controlled. If the sky is too bright or the brightness of the light is overexposed, the night will be regarded as the day, which will weaken the atmosphere at night. Therefore, the sky color of the night scene should be light black, and the exposure is slightly insufficient consciously. Generally, the normal exposure time should be reduced by 1/3 or 1/2.

Keep the real effect of lighting. The light source of night photography mainly comes from light, so it should show the lighting effect of light when using it. For example, the brightness of light decreases as the distance from the light source increases. This function should be retained when using DF660 flash to assist lighting. You can use the aperture to control the brightness of the flash and feel the original light slowly. The direction of the flash should be consistent with the original lighting direction of the lamp.

Night photography can use one exposure or multiple exposures. The first exposure method is to fix the camera with a tripod, use long exposure, and control the opening and closing of the shutter with cable release. Multiple exposure method is to expose more than two times on a negative, which is often used when shooting outdoor night scenes. When it is not completely dark, make the first exposure, and the exposure is less than the normal exposure. After the lamp is lit, make a second exposure. Travel if necessary.

When shooting street scenes at night, in order to render the scene of busy vehicles, we can use the method of long exposure to make the lights of passing vehicles sensitive on the film many times. Because the car body is dark and will move, it will not be very sensitive to the light on the film, and the car lights will draw bright lines on the picture. The number and direction of white lines on the screen can be controlled according to the requirements of composition. Generally speaking, you can use a lens cover when shooting. If the direction of the car meets the requirements, you can open the lens cover. If the moving direction of the car does not meet the requirements, it can be covered with a lens cover. When shooting, fix the camera on the tripod, cover the lens cover, then open the T door or the B door (the B door needs to be locked), remove the lens cover for exposure, and use the switch of the lens cover to control the exposure.

When there is light in the picture, you can add a cross filter or starlight mirror to get a special effect of flashing and radiant. When shooting with color film, you can also add rainbow mirror or constellation mirror to obtain colorful color effects.

The asphalt road or flat ground in rainy days can show the reflection of buildings and lights. If the buildings near the seaside, rivers and lakes are photographed in the picture, the lights on or around the shore can be brightened due to the reflection of water, and the outline of the scenery can be outlined, and the shooting effect with color film is better.

When using color film for night shooting, light color film should generally be used. However, if the solar film is used, the color of the film is red and orange, which can better express the brilliant atmosphere of the lighting.
