Ps landscape illustration tutorial-how PS turns photos into illustrations
1. Double-click the ps icon on the computer desktop to enter the main interface of ps operation.
2. Click the "File" option at the top of the interface, select "New" in the pop-up drop-down box, set the "Preset" under the new window as "International Standard Paper", enter the required height, width and resolution, and click "OK" when the "Background Content" is white.
3. Click the "New Layer" icon at the bottom of the layer panel on the right, and you can create several new ones, which are named as line drawing, coloring, shading and other similar styles from bottom to top, which is convenient for later differentiation.
4. Click the "Brush Tool" in the toolbar on the left, or press the "B" key to select an appropriate brush and draw a line sketch in the online sketch layer. You can click the Eraser tool to erase the wrong part.
5. After drawing lines, select the coloring layer, and then select the "Magic wand tool" box in the left toolbar to select the area to be colored. For complex areas, you can choose Lasso Tool.
6. Then select the appropriate color in the gallery and click the "Paint Bucket" tool to fill the color.
7. Then draw all the five senses of the characters on the five senses layer. If you want to adjust the part, you can press the shortcut key "Ctrl+T".
8. Finally, adjust the details of the picture, add shadows to the characters, and click "Gradient Map" to adjust the overall tone.
How to use PS to draw illustrations, and ask for steps! 1, open PS and select 300 resolution to draw a new file, which is convenient if you want to print it later.
2. Create a new layer, choose a square brush, remember to save the file at any time and download the brush to the network disk.
3. Fill the background with draft color and put it on top. Fill it according to the main color you want to draw. The color is a little gray and the saturation is not too high. When you draw a silhouette, you will initially match colors, and you can also look for reference.
4. Then draw a silhouette in layers and draw it with the hard pen+pen tool (you can also use the lasso tool to hook out the shape and then fill in the color. I tried many schemes for preliminary color matching, and finally chose the one I was most satisfied with for in-depth study. Create a new black-and-white adjustment layer above the layer, which can open the sketch relationship of the observation picture at any time to avoid too many colors and ignore the picture level.
5. Lock the transparency of the layer and draw directly on the current layer with a spray gun brush; Create a new layer, create a clipping mask, and then draw on the new layer.
6, add auxiliary elements, leaves, swallows interspersed to add, leaves with a hard-edged round brush, pay attention to adjust the brush size and color when painting. Draw the approximate shape of leaves at the bottom with lasso tool, then draw the color change with airbrush brush, and then use eraser tool to select hard-edged circle to trim the shape.
The middle and top are drawn directly with a hard-edged circular brush. Swallow uses the pen tool to check the shape and then copy it. The top leaves and swallows are resized and colored to make dynamic blur and Gaussian blur, and the depth of field effect enhances the picture level.
7. Copy the layer to be reflected, then use Ctrl+T to flip the layer vertically, then adjust the position, lock the transparency, absorb the darker color fill in the picture, and then draw the transition with the airbrush. Choose painting tools, choose volume painting, and then gently draw the reflection close to the deer, pay attention to the degree and direction, and draw changes.
8. Strengthen the visual center, create a new layer (the mixing mode of the layer is changed to strong light), and then select the spray gun to darken the periphery of the picture with a deep tone, and brighten the middle with a bright color to increase the contrast (for the strong light layer, change the dark part with a dark color and the bright part with a bright color).

1, preliminary preparation
Prepare photos to be processed (higher resolution) and animated sky materials. The original image used here is:
Note: This course is only suitable for dealing with landscapes, not people. Moreover, the treatment of scenery is not suitable for dynamic objects such as vehicles and running water, so it is actually quite picking photos.
2. Oil painting filter
Now I think the "dry brush" filter in the original tutorial is useless, so I only used the "oil painting" filter. The oil painting filter is located in the filter menu, and PhotoshopCC20 14 may not have this filter.
The six parameters currently used are 0. 1, 5, 10, 0, 0 and 0. You can use the values of these parameters as a reference first, and then master them yourself after doing more. If the filter effect is not strong after use, you can double it by Ctrl+F(Mac is _F).
3.CameraRaw filter
Although the "oil painting" filter is very important, you may not notice any obvious changes at this moment. Don't worry, you will see the effect after using the "CameraRaw" filter. This filter is located in the Filters menu of PhotoshopCC.
As shown in the figure, exposure+1 minimizes contrast and maximizes shadow, black, clarity and natural saturation.
4. Stealing the day
Dig out the blue sky, and then replace it with the animation-style sky material prepared in advance (continue to be lazy to use Makoto Shinkai's cloud). There are many methods of matting, so I won't go into details here. If the sky in your original film is pure blue or pure gray (that is, there is no cloud), it only takes 10 second at most to use the wand tool.
After changing the material of the sky, remember to adjust the exposure of the sky with "curve" or other tools to make it coordinate with the foreground. In fact, at this point, a good work has been completed for most people.
5. Final repair
The contrast between comics and movies is lower than that of photos, so I often add an "adjustment" layer in the final repair to reduce the contrast.
In addition, you can also observe the use of colors such as blue-purple (dark part) and warm yellow (bright part) with low saturation in Makoto Shinkai's works, process your works by means of "color balance", and then add a little warm yellow light spot to the bright part. Subsequent adjustments can be made according to the actual situation, such as the adjustment of lens halo and light and shadow, as shown in the following figure:
