What is a work? What kinds of works are included?

A work refers to an intellectual creation that is original in the fields of literature, art and science and can be reproduced in some tangible form.

It includes literature, art and natural science, social science, engineering technology and other works. Created in the following form:

Literary works refer to novels, poems, essays, papers and other works expressed in literary form; Oral works refer to impromptu speeches, lectures, court debates and other works created in oral language without any material carrier; Music, drama, folk art and dance works. Musical works refer to symphonies, songs and other works with or without words that can be sung or played; Dramatic works refer to stage performances such as dramas, operas and local operas; Quyi works refer to cross talk, fast prose, drums, storytelling and other works performed mainly by rap, while dance works refer to works expressed through continuous movements, postures and expressions; Artistic and photographic works.
