Some people say that Gannan and langmusi have become tourist hotspots, so what should we pay attention to when traveling and photographing in Gannan and langmusi?

I'm Wang Liling, a photographer in the west of the Golden Desert. Let me answer this question.

Gannan is the most approachable Tibetan area, with an average elevation of about 3000 meters, and the atmospheric oxygen content is only about 70% of that of the flat land. Generally, there will be no high reaction. The newcomers have mild or severe altitude sickness. As long as they drink more boiled water, have more rest and take rhodiola, single crystal rock sugar and glucose, the symptoms will soon disappear, so there is no need to worry and fear.

We have received friends from the south for many years, and there is almost no discomfort, unless of course your physical condition is particularly sensitive to altitude. When I received teams and guests from Shanghai and Taiwan Province last year, I felt very natural and worried at first. Later, I felt normal, and I hardly needed too much worry and fear. Don't play too much, don't run, don't hold your breath, don't catch a cold, don't smoke, don't drink, prevent colds, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and keep warm. Don't do strenuous exercise.

In addition, you should adjust your psychology, don't be afraid and worried, you know, it's normal to have a little reaction at altitude.

Our club has successfully organized Gannan photography group/tour group for many years. Gannan Photography Group is rich in shooting contents (itinerary, culture, scenery, folk customs, temples), led by professional photographers, and the photography teacher is familiar with the best shooting spots in the area.
