Ho Fan's Early Experience

When Ho Fan was thirteen, she received a Brownie camera from her father. Since then, I have been fascinated by the art of photography. When I was eighteen, I moved to Hong Kong and showed every aspect of the city, from busy streets to lonely alleys, through films.

During the 195s and 196s, Ho Fan won more than 28 awards in different photography competitions around the world. From 1958 to 1965, he won eight consecutive titles of "Top Ten Photographers in the World" organized by the American Photographic Society. His photographic works are no different from those of Langjing Mountain. In 1958, he won the title of "Ten Masters", and he broke the conventional size with new photography.
