Since it is guarding the island, there is no need for large-scale reclamation, as long as there is enough land and living facilities; Secondly, Huayang Island itself is a platform reef with no lagoon, which shows that when there is a storm in the South China Sea of China, ships in the nearby waters have no lagoon to avoid danger, and the berthing of supply ships is also a problem. From this perspective, the environment of Huayang Island Reef is not superior. Thirdly, the fishery resources of Huayang Island are not as rich as those of Zhubi Island and Meiji Island, so there is no such demand. Even if all the land is reclaimed, it has no practical significance.
