Where does Tianhe Grand Canyon Scenic Area (Inverted Ditch) belong?

Tianhe Grand Canyon Scenic Area (Inverted Gully) is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Daohuigou is located in the southeast of Jiaohe Township, 40 kilometers west of Luanchuan County and 6.5 kilometers away from Jiaohe Street. This scenic spot is the second natural scenic spot in the Yangtze River valley in Luoyang, and it is known as "the classic dividing line between the Yangtze River valley and the Yellow River valley" with Jingxiufeng in fairview park. Its viewing area is 20 square kilometers. According to legend, at the end of the Western Han Dynasty, Wang Mang chased Liu through this place in the middle of winter when it was snowing all over the sky. He put on his boots and walked into the ditch, but left the illusion of leaving the ditch, thus avoiding Wang Mang's pursuit, hence the name of this ditch. The mountains in the ditch are fantastic, with strange peaks and rocks, intact vegetation, towering old trees, crystal-clear streams, one pond in one mile, one waterfall in three miles, shallow fish, birds singing in the mountains, exotic flowers and plants, which can be seen everywhere. Longlin, a strange stone garden in the ditch, welcomes guests, the gods listen to cows, the immortals meditate, the camel-watching Rex sacrificial cave, the Tuojing stone, the eunuch's black hat strange stone, Shi Wa, the stone dolphin, the stone shark, the stone elephant and the jade girl's hip stone are all lifelike. In Liuhe Valley, there are 10,000 ancient willows, such as Gu Teng, welcoming pine, azaleas and thousand-year-old trees. Yuan Lin has inverted waterfall, stone trough waterfall, seven waterfalls and Niangniang Mountain. In 2000, Jiaohe township government decided to develop Daohuigou scenic spot, and within three years, it invested 3 million yuan to build a mountain gate, built more than 3,000 steps of trails in Niujiaofeng ditch, built a highway named Jiaohe Street-Daohuigou scenic spot, and opened four scenic spots.
