Hua Qing, 1963 was born in Huai 'an, Jiangsu, China, and 1989 graduated from the photography department of Beijing Film Academy in June.

1990 was the photography director of the feature film Good Morning, Beijing for the first time. Therefore, the film's success ranks among the best among cinematographers in China.

From 1990 to 1996, Hua Qing served as the photography director of six feature films.

After 1995, Huaqing turned from directing movies to making commercials and MTV. In the meantime, he also produced a large number of channel packaging videos for CCTV.
