1. scope of payment

all employees of Ningbo liansheng, employees of Ningbo liansheng who are still working at the time of bonus payment (including probation period), fresh university interns, disciplinary personnel, employees of foreign companies (including expatriates) and outsourced employees are not included in this scope of payment.

second, the standard and time of distribution

2. Fixed part of labor competition: 5 yuan/person, paid with salary before November 3th, xxxx.

Remarks: The actual bonus amount of the pre-paid part and the fixed part above is linked to the employee's employment time. Those who join the company before 15th (inclusive) of the month of bonus payment will be paid according to the standard amount of the month *1 (i.e. one month), and those who join the company after 15th of the month of bonus payment will be paid according to the standard amount of the month *.5 (i.e. half a month).

Remarks: The assessment part will be linked with the individual's on-the-job months, attendance and performance during the labor competition from October to December, that is, individual labor competition assessment award = assessment bonus standard /3* on-the-job months during the labor competition * attendance ratio * personal performance (on-the-job months: those who joined before September 3th (inclusive), the on-the-job months will be counted as 3 months, and October 1st (inclusive). Grass-roots trade unions:

In order to commemorate the XXX anniversary of the establishment of Nanjing Federation of Trade Unions, in March of XXXX, the education trade union of XXXX District launched an essay contest of "My Story with Trade Unions" and a photo contest of "The Most Beautiful Working Moment" in the education system of XXX District. * * * More than 28 articles and photographs were collected. The essay works combined with the author's impressive work stories in trade union activities fully expressed the pride of trade union members and their sense of identity with trade union organizations. The photographer used the camera to freeze the "most beautiful moment" of the workers at work, showing the spirit of the workers' dedication, diligence, simplicity and courage to contribute, and fully showing the colorful life and inner world of the teaching staff in our education system. After expert evaluation, 7 essay works such as "So you have been here" won the first prize for essay writing, 1 essay works such as "Fitness, How can I confirm you" won the second prize for essay writing, 18 essay works such as "Happiness and warmth accompany me" won the third prize for essay writing, 1 photography works such as "Sketch of the Craftsman" won the first prize for photography, and 15 photography works such as "Weaving Dreams" won the second prize for photography.

We selected some works to participate in the essay contest of "My Story with the Trade Union" and the photo contest of "The Most Beautiful Labor Moment" organized by Nanjing Federation of Trade Unions. Six works in XXX District won the city level prize, and three works (pictures) pushed by the education trade union in XXX District won the city level prize, among which the essays of Zhou Ailing and She Li from Qilin Middle School won the first prize and the third prize respectively, and the photo works of Li Jianqin from Science Park Primary School won the city level prize.
