This tutorial describes how to make a very transparent gem texture button. The general process: first use the selection tool to make the desired shape, and then use some layer styles to make the texture and texture effects. Then add highlights and text.

1, open the background material below.

2. Select the ellipse tool to draw.

3. Double-click the layer thumbnail settings to open the Select Solid Color dialog box.

4. Execute the command Edit → Transform → Transform.

5. Add "Inner Shadow" layer style effect to "Shape 1".

6. Set the pattern overlay style.

7. Create a new "layer 1" and select the Rectangular Marquee Tool to draw the selection.

8. Set the gradient and fill the selection.

9. Create a new layer 2 and set a gradient to fill the selection.

10. Set the blending mode of Layer 2 to soft light.
