How should portrait photography be used up?

First, hue and light level.

Tone is the state of the subject in light, which is divided into five major tones: highlight, dark part, gray surface, reflective surface and projection. Even in complex problems, we should follow the rules of these five major tunes. Although the face structure is relatively complex, it still follows the rules of these tones.

Shadow tone is the main reason to make objects appear three-dimensional and textured, and a very important factor affecting shadow tone is the light level, which can be divided into smooth light, backlight, side light and top light. In different light, the same theme presents different textures and textures.

Second, the use of natural light skills

Shadows actually reflect and set off highlights. Proper shadows can make the subject look more stereoscopic and rich, so don't avoid shadows, but make more use of them after understanding the principles of hue and light level.

Using side light or side backlight can enhance the three-dimensional sense of characters and make the picture more layered. When using the side backlight, if the exposure of the person is normal, the skin of the person can appear transparent.

Using large aperture fixed-focus lens in backlight shooting can create more beautiful pictures, blurred scenes and the dispersion of backlight light, which can achieve the final dreamlike effect for our shooting.

Third, the eyes should be bright, so that the eyes are smart.

Use a reflector to make the eyes glow. At the same time, the light of the eyes will not only reflect the situation in the photo, but also reflect the position of the main light source and whether there is complementary light combined with the tone of the face. But the more eyes, the better. Too big or too big will make eyes look dirty, so the right eye will make people's eyes look smart.
