Nine reasons and countermeasures for not being photographed

I've asked a thousand times why I'm not photogenic or handsome. Why? ! I want to break up with you! ? It is estimated that many people will have such questions, so let's first rule out the internal cause (face value) and look at the external causes and countermeasures that are not photogenic.

1. The shooting angle is too low.

The above animation perfectly explains the influence of shooting angle on the character's face value, so it is not unreasonable to say that girls often take thin faces and lift their legs. When you are free, you can look for your beautiful angle in the mirror. Usually you can ask someone to take pictures, ask a tall man to help, or sit down or even squat down. If you are a photographer, if you don't have a natural height advantage, you can ask the other person to lower his position.

2. Inappropriate lens focal length (perspective problem)

The above picture shows the heads of models with different focal lengths from 200mm to 18mm from top to bottom, and it can be seen that there are obvious differences in facial modeling among people with different focal lengths. Maybe you will find that some people look particularly beautiful/ugly, but they become ugly/beautiful when they are photographed. Why? The focal length of the lens is different from that of the human eye.

After understanding this problem, let's look at the solution. Note that this can only teach you to find the right focal length, not the specific focal length. 35-80mm is a common portrait focal length, and the viewing angle is close to the human eye, but they are not suitable for everyone, so you have to find them yourself. Have the opportunity to find a friend, shoot at you with different focal lengths, frame your head in the photo and see which one you like best. That focal length is your best focal length.

When you usually need passers-by to take pictures for you, you can set the corresponding focal length, let them go forward and backward according to the picture, and then help you press the shutter.

3. eyes Laugh?

The above two photos are almost the same except for the eyes, but the slightly narrowed eyes on the right give people a sense of confidence and look more comfortable. Try it in front of the mirror, try to find the most appropriate eyes that are not contemptuous, and then do it later.

4. Wrong posture

Pose, which is what we call posture, affects the three-dimensional sense and body image of characters. Waiting for the upper body straight for a while is facing the camera, just like putting the dough on the glass window, where there will be a sense of hierarchy. The correct way is that the angle between the shoulder and the camera is about 30 degrees, the head is slightly turned to the camera, and the chin is slightly raised. One advantage of this is that it is very thin.

Laughing for too long will make me stiff.

If you laugh for a long time, your facial muscles will become stiff and your smile will look more fake. This situation may be encountered more when taking a group photo. When counting down, some people from? 3? I started smiling until I pressed the shutter. Take it easy. Smile at the camera at the last minute, or shout eggplant. In addition, eat well and don't take selfies all the time.

6. Not paying attention or being ready

When others take pictures of you, you must regard the camera as the eyes of your boss, teacher or parents. When it stares at you, try to pretend to be serious, don't blink, and don't look around, or you will only be less photogenic.

make faces

It's usually okay to make faces at the camera. Squeeze your mouth, wink, spit a Lickitung, and pull a long face, which can really make people look interesting and have personality. But my friend, please don't make faces every time you take pictures. Maybe some people think they are not good-looking, so they want to cover them up with uglier faces. To put it seriously, you may ruin a beautiful moment or confuse the photographer. Please refer to the previous article for the solution.

8. Take only one photo

In another case, when someone is asked to take a photo, someone will usually press the shutter, give you the camera and leave, without even having time to look at the photo, and then miss a beautiful photo. In short, don't be shy. Digital photos don't cost money anyway. Let the other person shoot in continuous shooting mode. If not, ask him/her to take it again. In the long run, on the one hand, you can test each other's photography skills, on the other hand, you may find a full-time photographer (male/female friend)?

I don't like taking pictures at all.

I have to admit that some people naturally resist taking pictures, but in today's mobile phone camera is so developed, it is obviously much more difficult to avoid being photographed than to escape. Instead of escaping, it is better to find your own good side and leave a good impression on others when you can't escape.

10. It's ugly.

Didn't we agree on nine reasons? ! What is ugliness? Relax, let's just go back to the first point of the article, OK? Internal cause? As the saying goes, people depend on clothes and horses, and proper clothing collocation and makeup can greatly enhance their temperament.
