The Ninth National Computer Making Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools (hereinafter referred to as activities) are divided into "Computer Works Selection" (hereinafter referred to as selection items) and "Computer Robot Competition" (hereinafter referred to as competition items).

According to the characteristics of primary and secondary school students in different classes, the Activity has set up selection items and competition items according to the primary school group, junior high school group and senior high school group.

Primary school group: computer painting, computer animation, electronic newspapers and periodicals, web pages.

Junior high school group: computer painting, computer animation, electronic newspapers and periodicals, web pages

Senior high school group: computer art design, computer animation, web page, programming.

(ii) Relevant requirements

1. Theme: Exploration and Innovation

Encourage primary and secondary school students to actively explore and be brave in innovation, design and create computer works by means of information technology, and cultivate the ability of "finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems".

2. Definition of "work" form

(1) computer drawing

Paintings made by various painting software or graphic image processing software. A painting can be a single painting with a theme, or a group of paintings or cartoons expressing the same theme. There are no more than 5 group paintings and cartoons expressing the same theme.

The visual image you create can be two-dimensional or three-dimensional, and you can choose realistic, distorted and abstract forms of expression.

The expression of the work can be simulated by mouse or digital pen, that is, the hand-drawn effect can be simulated by computer through certain technical processing techniques; You can also reprocess the image material by using digital graphics and image processing tools according to the theme.

The storage format of the work is JPG;; ; It is suitable to be displayed on a general computer monitor.

In the submitted works, in addition to JPG files, the source files of the works should also be submitted. For works made by Photoshop, PSD files should be submitted at the same time.

Simple digital photography pictures do not belong to the scope of this work.

The size of the work (JPG format file) shall not exceed 20MB.

(2) Computer art design

To express a specific theme or purpose, a static one-piece work or series of works (no more than 6 works in each series) designed and produced by a computer with graphics and image processing software, which has certain practical application value and can reflect the designer's concept. Can be: advertising poster design, trademark and logo design, corporate image design, product packaging design, book binding design, interior decoration art design, landscape art design, industrial product design.

Works should emphasize the three basic elements of artistic design: the comprehensive expression ability of graphics, words and colors.

The storage format of the works is JPG, which is suitable for displaying on general computer monitors.

In the submitted works, in addition to JPG files, the source files of the works should also be submitted. For works made by Photoshop, PSD files should be submitted at the same time.

Simple computer painting, photography and dynamic video, animation, etc. Not within the scope of this work.

The size of the work (JPG format file) shall not exceed 20MB.

(3) Computer animation

Using all kinds of animation software, through the drawing of characters and scenes, sound effect processing and animation production, using animation language to complete two-dimensional or three-dimensional computer animation works.

Animation works should show a certain story. The main characters and scenes in the works require originality, and the theme can be expressed by comic or realistic artistic techniques.

The submitted works should include playing files, source files related to the work production software, and original materials such as main characters, scenes and background music.

Pictures based on digital video recording are not within the scope of this work.

The size of the work (playing file) should not exceed 20MB, and the playing time of the work should be between 2-5 minutes.

(4) Electronic newspapers and periodicals

Electronic newspapers or publications created by using text, painting, graphics, images and other materials and corresponding processing software. Electronic newspapers and periodicals are mainly written, supplemented by appropriate pictures, videos or animations.

An electronic newspaper should include the elements contained in the newspaper, such as registration, number, publishing unit or publishing house, publication date and number of pages (usually 8 pages), and guide column. Hyperlinks should be set in the wizard bar.

Electronic publications should have the elements contained in publications, such as cover, back cover, table of contents, publication name, serial number, organizer, editor-in-chief and editorial board, publication date, etc. In addition to the front cover and back cover, the number of pages of the text should be no less than 8 pages. Hyperlinks should be set in the table of contents.

Electronic newspapers and periodicals should have corresponding websites and email addresses, and the original content of newspapers and periodicals should reach more than 60%. Content collected through online download or other channels and processed by the author is not original.

(5) Web pages

A webpage work written by using HTML language or webpage making tools, which expounds a certain theme or conveys a certain kind of theme information, is generally more than 20 pages.

Web pages should fully reflect the characteristics of openness, interactivity and sharing of digital technology. The content of web pages should be closely combined with the author's study life and social practice to avoid simple data piling.

When browsing on a computer screen with a horizontal resolution of 1024 (or above), the page remains neat and beautiful.

The size of network works (uncompressed files) shall not exceed 50MB.

(6) Programming

All kinds of program software written in various computer programming languages have clear design ideas, are close to the author's study life, and can serve social applications and scientific and technological innovation. Include management system software, tool software, auxiliary learning software and puzzle game software.

The completed and submitted works must be compiled into executable programs, equipped with corresponding installation and uninstallation programs (except portable applications, installation-free), and can be installed and run smoothly and directly.

The submitted works shall be accompanied by the source code list (TXT text format with corresponding notes), program flow chart and operation instructions (help documents).

3. Production of works

(1) Primary and secondary school students should create and design their own works independently, and tutors can give appropriate technical guidance, but they can't directly help complete the production;

(2) The primary school group and junior high school group have no more than two main authors for each work, and each work in senior high school group is limited to 1 person; Each author is limited to 1 work; Each work is limited to 1 tutor;

(3) The content of this work cannot be linked to any website or webpage content other than the work;

(four) the naming of all levels of directories (folders) and all files of online works or electronic newspaper works in the form of web pages shall adopt the general naming rules of lowercase English letters.

4. Submit a work

The provincial education departments shall submit the works of "selected projects" by province, and each province shall recommend 60 works (primary school group, junior high school group and senior high school group are limited to less than 20 respectively) to participate in the national appraisal, and submit them to the Central Audio-visual Education Center before April 20, 2008 (subject to postmark). When submitting a work, the following materials shall be submitted together:

(1) electronic document materials

Including: recommend the CDs of the entries (please organize the provinces to burn them in duplicate), and establish the "2008 Ninth Primary and Secondary School Computer Works Library" in the form of folders; The secondary folders are named primary school, junior high school and senior high school respectively; The third-level folders are named computer painting, computer animation, electronic newspaper, web page, program design and computer art design respectively; The four-level folders are named the names of the works respectively. The Level 4 folder contains electronic documents such as entries, recommended works registration form, works creation description (see Annex 2 for the format), author photos, etc. And make sure it can run.

(2) Written materials

(4) Information table of "activity" organizations and contacts in each province and recommendation table of provincial judges (Table 3).

Note: ① ② ④ Items should also be submitted with electronic documents.

5. Qualification examination of entries

(1) Works with obvious mistakes in political principles and scientific common sense will be disqualified;

(2) Strictly put an end to any fraud. Once found, the work will be directly disqualified from participating in the competition or winning the prize, and will be notified to the relevant provincial education departments and schools;

(3) Works (products) that have been officially published, works that have been published on relevant websites or media, and works that have won the first and second prizes in other national competitions (including the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition and the "Little Scientist of Tomorrow" award activities) will not participate in the selection. Once the work is found, it will be disqualified directly from the competition or winning the prize.
