Infrared hemispherical camera is widely used in various indoor environments because of its simple installation, beautiful appearance and strong concealment. However, due to the complex indoor working environment, various strong and weak cables crisscross the ceiling, which will inevitably interfere with the video signal of the camera. This requires that the anti-interference ability of infrared hemispherical camera should be considered in the design and development. No matter from the camera appearance structure design and material selection, or from the internal circuit board power supply and signal transmission, we must strictly follow the relevant design specifications to protect important components when the voltage is overloaded, and the doping of clutter signals will not affect the quality transmission of video signals.

For the infrared hemispherical camera, there are still some problems such as the service life of infrared lamp, light leakage and reflection of panel glass and lens. Therefore, to improve the service life of the infrared lamp, the service life of the infrared lamp should not affect the overall stability of the camera; It is also important to continue to study the new material of panel glass to solve the problems of lens light leakage and light source reflection.

Problem 1: the waterproof and heat dissipation effect is not ideal.

After a long time, there will be more or less soda in the camera (this phenomenon is mainly concentrated in the northern region). The main reason for this phenomenon is that the sealing effect of the shell is not enough, and the temperature difference is not considered during installation. When the infrared lamp starts to work, it will generate a lot of heat, and the service life of the camera will be greatly reduced because of the insufficient heat dissipation effect of the shell. To solve this problem, we can consider making the shell of infrared hemispherical camera into multiple wire slots, which is beneficial to heat dissipation.

Problem 2: The infrared hemisphere camera series machines have poor illumination, white or bright white aperture at night.

It should be said that the phenomenon is caused by improper assembly of the machine. When assembling, the photosensitive device (photosensitive resistor) is too far away from the infrared hemisphere camera, which will lead to incomplete starting of the infrared lamp and poor lighting at night. The phenomenon of image whitening or bright white aperture is mainly caused by the refraction of infrared light emitted by infrared light-emitting tubes to the lens through the spherical cover. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to avoid the refraction of infrared light to the lens surface. Usually, a sponge ring is used to isolate the lens from infrared light, and the ball cover must be attached to the sponge ring when assembling.

Question 3: Color distortion and color cast of infrared hemisphere camera.

It may be that the white balance switch (AWB) is set incorrectly, or the ambient lighting conditions have changed too much. At this time, check whether the switch is set to the off position and try to improve the ambient lighting conditions.

Question 4: The image of night vision infrared hemisphere camera is normal during the day and turns white at night.

This phenomenon is generally caused by infrared reflection in the use environment or narrow space of the machine. To solve this phenomenon, we must first determine whether there is reflection in the use environment and improve the use environment as much as possible, and then check whether the effective infrared distance of the machine corresponds to the actual use distance. If a long-distance infrared machine is used in a narrow space, the image of the machine will turn white because of strong infrared light.

Question 5: There are several black vertical bars or horizontal bars mixed together in the picture.

In this case, the output voltage ripple of the machine power supply is generally too large, so the filtering should be strengthened and a DC regulated power supply with good performance should be adopted.
