How to adjust the shutter speed

If portrait shooting and street shooting are carried out indoors and outdoors, the shutter speed is usually set between1125s-1/500s.

Step 2 shoot the scenery

If you just take some landscape pictures, you can set the shutter speed below1125s or 1/30s. If you want to capture some dynamic effects in the landscape, you can lower the shutter speed.

Step 3 shoot sports events

If you want to shoot sports events, set the camera shutter speed to1/500s-11000s to capture the moment of athletes' high-speed movement. In general, the principle of shooting is adopted in the slow motion of TV event playback.

Step 4 shoot the light spot trajectory

When shooting the light spot trajectory, a slow shutter (also called slow shutter) is generally used, that is, the shutter speed is set to be slower than115s, such as 1/2s or 30s. At this shutter speed, due to the long exposure time, the camera will record the movement track of the light spot in the picture. Common shooting scenes are car tracks, star tracks, floating clouds or light paintings.

Look at the shutter speed: 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8,1/5, 1/30, etc. The faster the shutter speed, the clearer the picture will be. When setting the shutter speed in shooting, the style of the subject should be determined in advance, and the setting should be combined with the light of the real scene.

When a novice photographer sets the shutter, it is best to set it in one file, and don't skip the setting. Because it is easier to understand the control of shutter speed on the brightness of the shot picture.
