1. Introduction to the recruiting unit

2. Recruitment positions and number of people

According to the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security's "Notice on Issues Concerning the Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions in 2015" , combined with work needs, our school plans to openly recruit 71 staff for junior professional and technical positions from the public. 3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

(2) Job conditions

(3) Persons who have been criminally punished or dismissed from public service, persons who have been found to have serious disciplinary violations and are not allowed to apply for civil service recruitment and public recruitment in public institutions, and those who are not enrolled in full-time ordinary colleges and universities. Fresh graduates, active military personnel, and other persons prohibited from employment by law are not allowed to apply. Applicants cannot apply for positions with which they have a kinship relationship that should be avoided.

IV. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Publish recruitment information

Through the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security () and the Talent Recruitment Website of Jinan University (/rczp /index.asp) releases recruitment information to the public.

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration

Registration time: within 10 working days from the date of information release.

Registration method: Applicants for counselor positions should fill in the "Jinan University 2015 Counselor Position Registration Form" (Appendix 3), and applicants for other positions other than counselors should fill out the "Jinan University 2015 Open Recruitment" Registration Form" (Attachment 2), please send the electronic version of the registration form to the recruitment email of Jinan University (rsc@ujn.edu.cn). The email subject format is "position name + academic level + graduation school + name" (for example: teacher XX + doctor (or master) + xx university + Wang).

After the registration is completed, applicants must go to the designated location for on-site qualification review within the specified time. Failure to do so will be deemed as automatic abandonment. The time and location of the qualification review will be announced on the Jinan University website () and Jinan University talent recruitment website (/rczp/index.asp), please pay attention in time.

The materials that need to be submitted during the counselor position qualification review include:

After the registration is completed, for junior positions where the number of applicants does not reach the prescribed proportion, if it is planned to recruit one person, the recruitment position will be canceled in principle; if it is planned to recruit two or more people, the plan will be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion.

3. Qualification review: The qualification review of candidates runs through the entire recruitment process. Applicants must truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information. If the relevant material information provided by the applicant is found to be untrue, he or she will be disqualified.

(3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview. Recruitment for staff with doctoral degrees can be organized through direct interviews with simplified procedures, and the interview score is the total exam score.

1. Written test

The content of the written test for counselor positions is basic public knowledge and professional knowledge related to student work; the content of the written test for other positions is basic public knowledge. Knowledge and professional fundamentals. The total score of the written examination is 100 points. After the written test, the results of the written test and the list of interview candidates will be announced in a timely manner.

The time and location of the written examination will be notified later.

The written test passing score line is set to 60 points. Applicants who reach the written test passing score line will be selected for interview in order from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment plan and the recruitment position. The number of candidates who have passed the written test will appear in the prescribed ratio. Recruitment for vacant positions will be cancelled; if the stipulated ratio is not reached, the number will be determined based on the actual number of qualified people.

2. Interview

Interviews for teacher positions are conducted in the form of trial lectures and oral defenses, which mainly examine whether the candidates have the basic qualities and skills for the position they are applying for, as well as the professional foundation required for the position. and theoretical literacy. The test lecture and defense scores each account for 50% of the interview score.

The doctor position adopts skills test and structured interview, which mainly tests the relevant professional knowledge, professional skills, business ability and comprehensive quality of the candidates.

Interviews for other positions adopt a structured interview method, which mainly tests the relevant professional knowledge, business ability and overall quality of the applicants.

The interview time and location will be notified later.

The total interview score is 100 points, and the passing score for the interview is set at 60 points. Only those who meet the passing score for the interview can enter the scope of inspection. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

After the interview, the total test score will be calculated based on the proportion of written test scores and interview scores each accounting for 50%. Written test scores, interview scores, and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off. If the candidates for the same recruitment position are tied in terms of overall scores, the candidate will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low.

(4) Physical examination

According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of the applicants, from high scores to low scores, the proportion of the number of recruits is 1:1.5, and the scope of the inspection is determined. Candidate. For those who pass the examination, candidates for the physical examination will be determined at a ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruits.

The inspection is conducted through individual interviews, focused visits, and file review. It mainly examines the ideological and political performance, moral character, academic performance, academic level, business ability, work performance, etc. of the candidates.

The physical examination is organized in accordance with regulations and is in principle conducted in provincial hospitals.
