Jie Hailong, party member. At present, he is the vice chairman and member of the party group of Beijing Chongwen District Federation of Literary and Art Circles, deputy secretary-general of China Photographers Association and director of the Federation Department, director of China Youth Development Foundation, executive director of china charity federation Candlelight Project and visiting professor of Beijing Institute of Printing.

Jie Hailong was born in 195 1. From 1990, we began to pay attention to the situation of basic education in poverty-stricken areas in China, and recorded the Hope Project with cameras. 199 1 year, Jie Hailong took a series of documentary photos of Project Hope (including the well-known "big eyes"), which became the symbol of Project Hope. 1992 joined China youth daily as a photojournalist. Jie Hailong's works have changed the fate of children who can't afford to go to school in poor areas of China. Just looking at the characters in his works, we can know that "big eyes" Su Mingjuan was admitted to Anhui University, "big nose" Hu Shanhui became a soldier, and "little bald head" Zhang Tianyi went to college.

1992 won the "Entrepreneurial Cup" organizational work award of China Photographers Association. In the same year, China hoped that the engineering photography literature exhibition would be exhibited in Beijing, Taipei and Hongkong.
