Chongqing amusement park was founded in 199 1 year with a total investment of nearly 1 billion RMB. At present, there are 28 advanced amusement projects and landscaping attractions, including Chinese and western food, hot pot, seafood, roast whole sheep, grilled fish, spicy snacks and other high, medium and low-grade diets, including fishing, children's trampoline, children's photography, hand-grabbed boats and so on.

Chongqing amusement park was built in 199 1, then called the popular science center, and was renamed Chongqing amusement park in 2002. The 50-meter-high ferris wheel became the largest ferris wheel in the west at that time, accompanying many people through their childhood.

A few years ago, the compensation for the construction of the double-track bridge of the Yangtze River Bridge gave Chongqing amusement park reconstruction funds. In 2007, a brand-new Ferris wheel car was replaced, and the price of each car was equivalent to that of an Alto car. During the replacement, the Ferris wheel stopped running. Later, with the increase of urban amusement facilities, some ferris wheels faded out of the public's sight.
