RQ-4 rq-4 is an unmanned reconnaissance aircraft developed by Northrop Grumman. 1995 development, 1998 was first tested on February 28th, and came into service later. The US Air Force, the US Navy and NASA are all equipped.

RQ-4 UAV can provide rear commanders with the ability to fully monitor or monitor detailed targets in the battlefield. On April 24th, 20001,an RQ-4 UAV flew directly from Edward Air Force Base in California to Edinburgh Air Force Base in Australia, setting a record for the UAV to fly over the Pacific Ocean for 22 hours.
