Tourism management major is an applied major established to meet the needs of social development for professionals. It was originally a major of ethnic cultural tourism under the history major. The major courses are management, economics, introduction to tourism, hotel management, travel agency management, tourism resources, tourism environment, accounting, tourism marketing, general situation of source countries, tourism policies and regulations, tourism etiquette, tourism English, tour guide tutorial, exhibition and conference operation management, and operation simulation of tourism enterprises.
