Historical evolution of memory in the eastern suburbs

The predecessor of Dong Jiao Memory is Chengdu State-owned Hong Guang Electron Tube Factory (code 773 Factory, mailbox 106), which was founded in 1950s.

In 2009, Chengdu made use of the former site of Chengdu Hong Guang Electron Tube Factory in the old industrial area in the eastern suburbs, and reserved some factories with distinctive industrial characteristics as industrial civilization sites, which were combined with cultural and creative industries to become the music industry base.

In May 2009, Chengdu Media Group signed a contract with China Mobile Communication Sichuan Co., Ltd., and China Mobile Wireless Music Base settled in Dong Jiao Memory.

20 10 ended, and the memory reconstruction project in the eastern suburbs began construction. In order to completely retain the characteristics of industrial buildings in the planned economy era, all kinds of factories with complex structures were transformed into commercial buildings. Liu Jiakun, a well-known domestic designer, was hired as the chief designer of the project, and some well-known domestic architects were brought together to design some single buildings in the park.

On September 29th, 20 1 1, Dong Jiao Memory officially opened for operation.

20 1 2165438+1October1,Chengdu Oriental Music Park was officially upgraded and renamed Dong Jiao Memory, and the positioning of "Music Industry Cluster Park and Music Culture Experience Park" with music as the theme was adjusted to "one base with many business cards". Memory in the eastern suburbs has become a multicultural park integrating music, art, drama, photography and other cultural forms, and a modern and international highland of cultural and creative industries in Chengdu.
