Wenzhou Library is a public welfare institution affiliated to Wenzhou Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication Bureau. Due to work needs, we are currently recruiting 25 non-staff staff from the public.

3. Recruitment Methods and procedures

In accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", we will conduct open registration, unified interviews, and merit-based recruitment.

(1) Within 10 working days after the registration ends, the applicants will be reviewed for qualifications based on the requirements for the recruitment position, and the applicants will be notified to participate in interviews.

(2) Organize relevant experts and personnel cadres from the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and the Municipal Library to conduct interviews for those who have passed the review. The interviews will be based on a hundred-point system, and the best will be selected based on the scores from high to low. If necessary, professional examinations will be added to finalize the candidates.

(3) Notify the hired personnel and conduct on-the-job training and trial (for two months). After the trial is over, a labor contract will be signed and relevant entry procedures will be completed after passing the assessment.

4. Explanation of related matters

(1) All candidates participating in the recruitment must undergo qualification review and must provide their original identity cards, academic and degree certificates, qualification certificates and other materials. Those who have returned from studying abroad should also provide relevant certification materials such as overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education or overseas study certificates issued by embassies and consulates stationed abroad.

(2) Applicants should be responsible for the authenticity of the information they fill out and apply honestly. Applicants who forge or alter documents or certificates, or obtain qualifications by other improper means, cheat during examinations, or violate public recruitment disciplines will be disqualified. For those who have been hired, their employment contracts will be terminated once verified.

(3) Recruited personnel must report within the specified time. If the employee fails to report after the deadline, or if the employee fails to negotiate with the original unit within the time specified by the recruiting unit and cannot handle the personnel relationship transfer procedures, the recruiting unit may not retain the employment qualification.

(4) Relevant recruitment information will be notified by Wenzhou Library via unified telephone.
