Geographical environment of Baogong town

The town is rich in forestry resources, and it is the largest town in Feidong County, with a total area of about 47,000 mu, including national public welfare forest area 1.9 million mu, returning farmland to forest area 1.9 million mu, commercial forest area of about 5,000 mu, Yangtze River shelter forest area of about 800 mu and firewood forest area of about 2,000 mu. The second phase of the Sino-Japanese Youth Ecological Greening Demonstration Forest has been settled, planting trees 1950 mu. Ecological resources include: Xianshan Reservoir, Heiwa Reservoir and Dazhutang.
