Are there many courses in stomatology?

Studying medicine is related to people's health and has a great responsibility. Even if it is easy to learn, it should be meticulous and firmly mastered. Only in the future can patients safely hand over their health to you, not to mention the hard road of studying medicine.

I switched from stomatology to remote sensing information engineering. In fact, there are not many specialized courses in stomatology, so I will simply compare the specialized courses in remote sensing and stomatology.

First of all, taking this semester as an example, the professional courses that stomatology needs to learn are cell biology, histology and embryology, tooth morphology, organic chemistry, college physics and so on. And the courses that remote sensing needs to learn are general surveying, advanced mathematics, college physics, C++, data structure and so on. It can be said that it is comparable in difficulty and quantity.

Compared with clinical medicine, I personally think that clinical medicine is much more than stomatology. For example, clinical medicine needed to learn systematic anatomy last semester, and local anatomy had to face the complicated anatomy of "general practitioners", while students majoring in stomatology only needed to learn systematic anatomy, which was not as difficult as clinical medicine.

In fact, because the clinical research is on the whole human body when there is no professional direction in the early stage, the students of stomatology are limited to the oral cavity and its surroundings.

There is no doubt that studying in senior grades will be more difficult. Many seniors will stay in the library for two days on weekends, but since they have chosen stomatology, they have a great responsibility and a long way to go, and there are many difficulties to face and overcome. Only through their continuous efforts can they become excellent dentists.
