Learn to shoot slowly.

Recently, there has been more rain, the spring water in my hometown is gushing vigorously, and the mountain spring waterfall has begun to show its most beautiful appearance. Photographers in the circle of friends, the sun is very slow, and waterfalls flow like silk, which makes my eyes greedy. Therefore, I also made up my mind to learn to shoot slow running water.

It's easier said than done. I watched many videos on the Internet and consulted many experts. When I really put them into practice, I found it difficult.

Everything is difficult at the beginning, so you have to start practicing. With my equipment, I drove for more than an hour and arrived at Henghe Village, Caofannan, Zhangqiu. At the moment, the blue sky and white clouds make the mountains picturesque. There is plenty of water in the upper reaches of Henghe Village, which has become a ravine and shoal in the shape of a village. The village also used abundant water resources to carry out exploration and drifting activities.

I found a pool suitable for shooting slow running water and started to operate. Camera Canon 5d4, lens wide angle 16-35. Poor equipment and technology. I also brought a tripod. I heard that the slow door needs a variable-diameter mirror, and I bought a third-gear variable-diameter mirror from the Internet. After everything is installed, adjust to door B and start the test. In the case of direct light at noon, the result is pale and nothing can be seen. Minimizing exposure compensation is useless. No way, use the most primitive method, use the aperture priority mode, adjust the aperture to the minimum value of 22, appropriately reduce the exposure compensation, and then experiment. In order to avoid the vibration of the machine, a 2-second delay shot was used.

Facing the big sun, my face was tanned, and my husband waited impatiently and took a lot of photos. I went home to tidy up, but it's not that I can do too much. Even so, I'm glad. After all, this is a brave attempt. Failure is the mother of success. I've always believed that. Have the first try, and come back later.

Send some pictures of running water I took, hoping to get some advice and make bricks.
